Does the Manager (Management) know who you are?

Walking into the factory, the MD noticed a guy standing against the wall and doing nothing.
He calmly said to the young man, “How much do you earn a month?”

“I earn R2,000 a month, Sir. Why?”
Without answering, MD took out his wallet and gave him R6,000 cash ….
Saying that “Around here, I pay people for working, not for standing and doing nothing!!! Here is 3 months salary, now you are fired, get out and don’t come back.” The young man disappeared.

Noticing onlookers, the MD said “that applies to everybody in this company” and then he approached one of the onlookers and asked him” who is the guy I just fired?”
The guy replied …………

“HE WAS THE PIZZA DELIVERY MAN SIR”
